The Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Yaba,has detained one Ibrahim Tijani for allegedly killing his neighbour at Okun, Ogombo area of Ajah. Vanguard gathered that the suspect purportedly used a pair of scissors to stab his neighbour to death after chopping off his hands during a minor misunderstanding which degenerated into a fight.
